The Fifty Five: Coming Soon

The Fifty-Five is an upcoming transit-oriented, mixed-income housing development located in East Point, Georgia, just one block from the MARTA station. Developed by Gorman & Company, the project will deliver 60 residential units and ground-level retail, contributing to the continued revitalization of East Point’s historic downtown.

Adair Contractors is supporting the project with roofing and exterior systems installation as part of the construction team. Additional project details and photography will be added as development progresses.
