retreat at boone: Coming Soon

The Retreat at Boone is an large student housing community located near Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. The development features more than 50 cottage-style residential buildings along with a central clubhouse and supporting amenity structures arranged throughout a neighborhood-style campus.

Adair Contractors provided roofing and exterior systems for the project, supporting the construction of the multiple residential structures that make up the community. The development delivers modern off-campus housing designed to meet the growing demand for student living in the Boone market.
